You can get involved in any way that suits you, for example you can:

• Wear a White Ribbon.
• Sign the White Ribbon Pledge to 'never commit, condone, or remain silent about any form of violence against women or girls'
• Download 10 Things Men can do to Prevent Gender Based Violence (PDF, 48 KB)
• Learn more about Gender Based Violence and the Campaign by attending one of our local events
• Become a White Ribbon Speaker - free training will be provided for people who would like to become Speakers
• Organise a local White Ribbon Group
